Moin Rehman is a talented artist who graduated with distinction from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2023 with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, bringing distinctive features to his work through his prior studies in architecture and visual communication design, having won the 1st National Urban Sketching Competition in 2017 and participated in NASA Conventions while receiving various recognitions throughout his academic journey.

His artistic practice constructs narratives using visual memory and imagination to create stylized pseudo-historical monuments and surreal landscapes that blur the boundaries between reality and fantasy, exploring evolutionary and devolutionary trajectories of societies, cultures, and theological concepts while experimenting with diverse mediums including ballpoint pens, graphite, oil paints, and his currently favored archival pen and acrylic paint.
